Been using the Green Monster a lot lately— for my clients, I often use the red one with flat wounds, but getting a lot of punky rockers lately— from Modern Dynamics (BethAnne Weatherford and Randy), Phil Bearce, and even my own new song….it’s modeled after a 50s p- bass, so the neck is a bit wider and beefier, which isn’t great for my small hands (careful on the jokes, lol) I’ve considered putting a jazz neck on it, but I fear that would change its sound, which is fat, snarly, and wild… been using a pick for ultimate gnarly-ness.
